Come meet more of yourself in this introduction to Action Theater improvisation with Rachel Cohen, director of Racoco Productions. Through simple, fun exercises playing with movement, sound, and language, participants explore living in their bodies as well as their minds, mining and reveling in the multidimensional nature of being a human.
